Salted Watermelon with Feta

Very summer, very refreshing and pretty to look at. Make as much as you need – probably 2 -3 wedges of watermelon per person. Crumble feta from a block of feta as pre-crumbled feta can be on the dry side.

Cut watermelon into triangular shaped wedges that are dainty enough to eat with your hand.
Sprinkle with salt followed by crumbled feta.
