Just in time for the Holidays is my new Cranberry Sauce. Already made this and popped into the freezer for Thanksgiving. Just three ingredients and the sweetness comes from honey.
12 oz. fresh cranberries
1 cup of pomegranate juice (I used POM brand)
2 tbsp. runny honey
Place all the ingredients in a pan, bring to a boil then simmer for about 15 minutes until cranberries have popped and are soft. Mash with a potato masher.
