Peach, Nectarine, Apricot and Plum Fruit Salad with a Splash of Creme de Framboise (serves 4)

Such a lovely combination of summer fruits. I peeled them all and cut them into small pieces (because I wanted to enjoy all the flavors in one spoonful). All the fruit should be nice and ripe. Don’t add Creme de Framboise if serving salad to children as it is a liqueur.

1 large peach – peeled and diced
2 nectarines – peeled and diced
3 plums – peeled and diced
3 apricots – peeled and diced
1 tbsp. Creme de Framboise (available at liquour stores)

Place all fruit in a serving bowl, pour over the Creme de Framboise and let stand (covered with a plate) for an hour or so before serving as it will improve the flavor.
