Blackened Rutabaga (serves 2)

Trying not to be wasteful, I used up my leftover rutabaga/swede/yellow turnip by roasting it. I tossed it in extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled Creole Seasoning over it and popped it in the oven for 30 minutes!
