Beef Carpaccio with Arugula

Carpaccio with arugula is delicious and so simple and makes a very nice appetizer. It is gluten free and as long as you serve it without parmesan shavings and make your own  dressing it is dairy free too. Buy good quality carpaccio.

I will leave amounts up to you. You can either serve it on individual plates or make one big platter which people dig into.

Beef carpaccio

Arugula Add Media

Olive oil

Lemon juice

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Place carpaccio on plate/platter.

Toss arugula in some olive oil, lemon juice (not too much). Season with salt and pepper.

Arrange on top of the carpaccio.
